As an independently owned and operated business, we provide pet-waste removal services to residential, business, and commercial properties. By engaging our services, you ("the Customer") agree to adhere to the following terms of service ("Terms"), which govern all transactions and services performed by Canine Cleanup Co ("we", "us", or "our").
Please note that our ability to deliver services effectively can be affected by several factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, the height of the grass in your yard, and access to the service area. You are responsible for ensuring that there is unobstructed access to your yard. Other unforeseeable external conditions may also impact our service delivery.

Our pricing is based on the number of dogs, yard size, terrain, and the level of waste present during the initial service.
Billing is conducted monthly in advance, with charges applied on the 5th of each month. Should there be any issues with your payment method, such as a declined card, services will be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. Accounts inactive for over 30 days will incur a re-initialization fee. Continuous service interruptions exceeding 30 days may result in removal from our schedule. Immediate payment is required for one-time cleanings, and late payments beyond 30 days may result in account referral to collections.
Canine Cleanup Co. is committed to providing services in various weather conditions, including rain and cold, as long as it is safe to do so. However, operations will be suspended during severe thunderstorms, high winds, and extreme temperatures. As a monthly subscription service, we do not offer refunds for services missed due to adverse weather conditions. Missed services due to weather will be postponed to the following scheduled visit. Please note, accumulating waste from missed weeks will still be addressed in subsequent cleanings. If conditions cause significant yard muddiness, services may be deferred to avoid yard damage, resuming on the next dry scheduled visit.
At Canine Cleanup Co., we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service. We stand behind our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received, please let us know. We will return to your property at no extra charge to correct the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
To claim a service correction under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion. Provide us with details about the issue, and we will schedule a prompt revisit to address the concerns at no additional cost to you.
We value your trust and strive to ensure that every clean-up meets our high standards and your expectations.
Services are not provided on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of these days, it will be rescheduled to the following week. We do not offer refunds for holiday postponements as the subsequent visit will include cleaning up from the previous week.
Access to the cleaning area is crucial. If we cannot access the designated area due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or the presence of dogs, the scheduled service will be skipped, but charges will still apply. We recommend adding gate combinations or keys to your client profile to prevent access issues. Should you request a return visit after a missed appointment due to access issues, a $5 transportation fee will be added to your bill.
Optimal cleaning requires manageable yard conditions. Tall grass or excessive leaves and debris can obscure waste, potentially leading to incomplete cleanups. If you maintain your yard following a visit where cleanup was compromised by these conditions, we will ensure thorough cleaning on the next visit. Should you notice any oversight, please contact us immediately.
Canine Cleanup Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. We encourage you to review our website periodically for any updates.
A fee of $10 will be added for each late payment. Payments are due by the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 3rd.
