Nope! Most of our customers prefer we service their yard while they're away. We use a secure gate code or key system based on your preference. After each service, we ensure all gates are properly closed and locked.

We provide service rain or shine! Pet waste should be removed regularly regardless of weather. However, if severe weather makes service unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule for the next available day.

Yes! We provide service for apartment complexes, HOAs, dog parks, and other commercial properties. Contact us for a custom quote based on your property's specific needs.

We have three service plans, each with starting prices. For more details, please visit our pricing page. Here’s a quick overview:

• Pup Plan – Scoop every 2 weeks for 1 dog, starting at $80/month.
• Buddy Plan – Scoop once a week for up to 2 dogs, with sanitization spray once a month, starting at $128/month.
• Top Dog Plan – Scoop twice a week for up to 2 dogs, with sanitization spray every 2 weeks, starting at $249/month.

An initial cleanup fee is required based on the condition of the yard:

• Low (1-2 weeks) – $75
• Moderate (2-4 weeks) – $90
• Heavy (1 month+) – $100 and up

Prices may vary based on:

• Number of dogs (more than 2)
• Yard size
• Service area (outside our standard service zone)

We also offer one-time cleanups with pricing based on poop accumulation:

No long-term contracts required! We offer flexible month-to-month service. However, customers who prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months receive special discounted rates.

We clean all accessible areas where dogs typically go, including:

• Grass or turf areas.
• Gravel or mulch areas.

All waste is double-bagged and disposed of to your specified trash bin.

Yes! We carry liability insurance for your protection and peace of mind. Documentation available upon request.

We love dogs and are more than happy to have them in the yard during our visit! However, for their safety and ours, we ask that any pets who may be uneasy or reactive be kept inside or secured. You can let us know about your pet's behavior when filling out our form, so we can plan accordingly.

Scheduling a service with us is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional charge.
